You are the central point of contact for managers and employees for all personnel matters, from hiring to leaving. As a result, questions regarding salary, pay, contractual terms, employment law and other personnel topics will be clarified by you.
Skilled and motivated employees enable us to offer the best product for our customers. You will therefore support the career development of our employees and managers through specific training and development programmes and network these across teams and sites. You’ll act as a trainer, moderator and coach to continuously offer exciting development opportunities for our employees.
