Maintain the overview! As a controller, you are the interface between various departments, areas, and external partners. Through your reports and analyses, you ensure that the developments in the business areas become visible. By processing data and interpreting and questioning figures, you provide decision-making foundations for the management and are their first point of contact when it comes to financial indicators.

At the CFO office, you work directly with our CFO across the intersection of finance, business intelligence, and digital product development. You analyse product performance, develop reporting and analysis tools, and design data-driven processes that support scalable growth. On top of that, you take ownership of topics spanning corporate finance, treasury, M&A, and venture investments - independently identifying and driving optimisation opportunities across the group.

As the point of contact for our comparison products related to accounting, you will help shape the future of our financial processes through the targeted use of AI and automation. You will review, code and post incoming and outgoing invoices, prepare and process payment runs, record bank transactions, and independently clarify and reconcile accounts. You will also manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed asset accounting and contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. In doing so, you will challenge existing workflows and develop them further using smart solutions such as AI-based document recognition, intelligent posting suggestions and fraud detection. As part of our team, you will test new tools and features and contribute your own ideas to make our accounting processes more efficient and less prone to errors. In the tax department at CHECK24, you are the point of contact for all matters related to corporate tax, payroll tax, and value-added tax. Your responsibilities span across various areas, all aimed at optimising the tax matters of CHECK24 and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you are involved in tasks related to tax-related questions about the business models of approximately 150 legal entities within the CHECK24 Group, both domestically and internationally.
