Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning projects
- Proven ability to translate domain knowledge into actionable ML solutions and build end-to-end ML pipelines
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAGs, LLM fine-tuning and using frameworks such as HuggingFace, Langchain and AI tools
- Strong Python and SQL programming skills for data manipulation and model development
- In-depth understanding of ML algorithms, both classical and advanced, including deep learning approaches
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) for maintaining code integrity
- Experience with recommendation systems, including neural network-based models, is a plus
- Knowledge of ML pipeline orchestration tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow is an advantage
- Experience with Tableau and designing A/B testing experiments is a strong plus
