CHECK24 Excellence Program

Progress and innovation are not a matter of course at CHECK24 but the result of constant development and hard work. Our success and rapid growth in recent years were only possible with our motivated employees.

Through programs like this, we want to say THANK YOU to employees who have done outstanding work throughout the past year. Personnel development is essential to our corporate culture, and female employees should be empowered to face new challenges with motivation and confidence. As a leading German tech company, we want to reward good performance and offer rapid development opportunities and early assumption of responsibility.

We see the program as a "thank you program" to incentivize, sustain and motivate employees and retain them long-term. With this format, we are aware of the continuous willingness to perform and that we recognize and value this performance. Anyone can be accepted into the program through some form of nomination - from junior to team leader. This way, regardless of title, outstanding performance is at the forefront.

To begin with, there is a small get-to-know-you session for Excellence CHECKitos at the kick-off to provide an opportunity for exchange and networking. Then, to consolidate this further, we organize 2.5-day Excellence Events in the Munich area. On these weekends, employees can experience exciting challenges and activities and exchange ideas privately with other Excellence participants.

In addition, participants in the development program also benefit throughout the year: For example, voucher cards are topped up with a certain amount each month and can be redeemed at many attractive partners.
