You are responsible for proactively searching for new colleagues via various channels and identifying potential top candidates.

Direct contact, pre-selection of applications, conducting initial telephone interviews and creating a candidate summary: you’ll support your candidates throughout the entire recruitment process at CHECK24.

With the Hiring Manager as part of a motivated and friendly team, you’ll ensure we hire the right employees. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from creating target group-specific search strategies and job descriptions to sorting through applications and advising the Hiring Manager.

Enthuse talents for CHECK24! Using diverse, target group-oriented marketing activities and employer branding measures, you’ll give potential applicants an authentic insight into the various areas and win them over with our CHECKito spirit!

You are the central point of contact for managers and employees for all personnel matters, from hiring to leaving. As a result, questions regarding salary, pay, contractual terms, employment law and other personnel topics will be clarified by you.

Skilled and motivated employees enable us to offer the best product for our customers. You will therefore support the career development of our employees and managers through specific training and development programmes and network these across teams and sites. You’ll act as a trainer, moderator and coach to continuously offer exciting development opportunities for our employees.
