Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch), and familiar with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
Your Responsibilities
- Research cutting-edge NLP techniques, with a focus on property-value extraction and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions to improve accuracy
- Design and develop AI agents for autonomous information retrieval and extraction, leveraging RAG frameworks and MCP standards to enhance performance and collaboration
- Plan and conduct benchmarking experiments to evaluate LLM outputs and support the evaluation pipeline
- Help develop and optimize small language models (SLMs) for efficient information extraction from documents
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze both structured and unstructured data to improve the performance of large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate new solutions and findings into products, ensuring scalability and addressing deployment challenges
- Document methodologies, findings, and insights to share knowledge and best practices within the team
