Starting at a new company is always exciting and unfamiliar. You only know a few people, there’s a new job to learn, lots to read, and you need to get to grips with the latest tools. While that can all be pretty demanding, integrating all new CHECKitos into our teams is extremely important.
For Product Managers, these first intensive weeks begin with getting to know the various facets of their role. Then, as a future point of contact for the software developers in their team, they need to see the product inside and out and develop new features. This naturally takes a while to get to this stage.
To form a reasonable basis for success in Product Management at CHECK24, we offer a two-day Onboarding Workshop tailored to Product Management at our headquarters in Munich.
Your highlight?
We are gaining insight into the various product management topics at CHECK24 and meeting new colleagues from different sites in a relaxed atmosphere. What’s more, we were all captivated by our founder Ecki. Overall, an excellent introduction for us to new CHECKitos!

Product Management Onboarding - part of our personnel development programme
To guarantee a successful start at CHECK24, all new Product Managers, regardless of their career level or location, are invited to Munich. Our goal - creating a streamlined understanding and forming the basis for presenting the principles and factors for success in product management at CHECK24.
For two days every three months, various CHECK24 experts give insight into the different tasks of a Product Manager, working with IT and vital group-wide systems. The career model is also presented, and further development opportunities are shown. Highlight - one of the CHECK24 founders speaks about our corporate guidelines and their importance for daily work.
Meet and greet sessions, cases, and an evening event ensure that participants establish contact with other new starters and meet critical contacts within the CHECK24 Group.
After the onboarding
Optimally prepared for their future tasks, with lots of new contacts and valuable information to hand, the new starters return to their team. Now they can successfully begin their career with us as a Product Manager.
