About this job
- Our bread & butter: Automatic compilation of comparison results and AI-driven popularity sorting
- Market overview for our customers: Customer-specific AI-driven interest rate forecasts as well as indication of AI-driven success probabilities of a loan payout as additional decision criterion for our users
- Real-time automatic consultation: Requesting suitable alternative loan offers when a customer is rejected by banks
- Big Data: Our state-of-the-art data platform enables us to generate real-time ML predictions. This allows us to implement customer features that would have been unthinkable just a few years ago in this industry
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree, ideally in computer science or a comparable field
- First practical experience in Java software development
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for current e-commerce and IT trends
- Good understanding of Scrum or agile project management
- Basic understanding of IT projects, their opportunities, risks, and challenges
- Excellent english und german skills to discuss complex issues in an international team, German is a plus
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and maintain features that are directly used by our end customers
- Collaborate closely with product management as a technical contact and sparring partner to create and enhance innovative loan customer features
- Support IT team leadership in the development and enhancement of our technical infrastructure
- From the start: Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Gradle 8, Oracle/Percona.
- As you progress: Kubernetes, Rancher, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Prometheus/Grafana, CI/CD, Flux/GitOps
- Additional tools in use: ActiveMQ, Redis, and many more
