Hi Sevil, please introduce yourself briefly.
Sevil:

My name is Sevil, I’m 30 years old and have been at CHECK24 for one-and-a-half years. Before that, I worked in sales for Gucci at a small, cute boutique. I wanted to move from the offline world to the online one and found myself at CHECK24.

How does the integration of new Customer Advisors take place?
Sevil:

Integrating new Customer Advisors uses a double headset to simultaneously speak and hear the customer. This process takes several weeks so that our newbies feel confident they can offer our customers the best customer service.

Are you bound by a quota in your work agreement?
Sevil:

No, absolutely not. Our goal is to satisfy the customer and we want them to have a good shopping experience. We want to turn customers into fans!
