Alex is a Customer Advisor Team Leader for our construction finance comparison product and has been at CHECK24 since November 2017. In his interview, he tells us more about the exciting field of financing and insurance experts.
Alex, what is your background?
Alex:
Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a qualified banker and have a business administration degree for savings banks.
How did you end up at CHECK24?
Alex:
When my team leader moved from our previous employer to CHECK24 in 2017, he took me with him, and I’ve never had any regrets about it. One year later, I had the opportunity to embark on a management career and oversee a team.

What do you do at CHECK24?
Alex:
We advise our customers on construction finance. I provide a detailed explanation of how that works in the video. I particularly enjoy the collaboration among employees here. It feels less like work and more like spending time with friends and getting paid.
Which areas do you manage?
Alex:
In addition to advising our customers, I also provide coaching for our sales representatives and on-the-job training. Otherwise, I hold many management meetings and oversee the integration of new employees.
What do you do outside of work?
Alex:
I like going to the gym or playing football in my spare time, and I have recently become a trainer.
