Your CV gives us an initial impression of your background and achievements. If you already have an older version, just update it – this helps us to get to know you and your professional journey in the best possible way. Please also remember to attach all relevant certificates and references.

Once we have received your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a message, please check your spam folder.

Our recruiting team, together with the relevant department, reviews whether your profile matches our requirements. We move quickly – you will usually receive feedback within a few days and learn about the next steps.

The number and format of interviews can vary depending on the position and department. In some areas – for example, IT or Data Science – we may ask you to complete a short technical task (e.g., a coding test) in advance. Our recruiting team will keep you informed throughout all steps of the process.

The first interview usually takes place by phone or in person with the team lead from the relevant department. You’ll gain insights into the role and have the opportunity to introduce yourself.

To get a clear picture of us, feel free to ask all your questions during the conversation. It’s best to think in advance about what you’d like to know beyond the information in the job description – for example, about the team, the workday, or our benefits. This helps you determine whether the position is truly the right fit for you.

You’ll receive personal feedback from us within a few days after the interview. We also value your feedback – openness and willingness to learn are very important to us. This allows us to continuously improve our recruitment process and develop further as an employer.

Before your start date, you’ll receive all necessary information and documents – and we’ll prepare your onboarding so that you can hit the ground running with us.

On your first day at work, you will take part in our onboarding day together with the other new starters. There, we will warmly welcome you and give you your first insight into the world of CHECK24. Afterwards, your future team will be excited to personally welcome you.

In addition, after your start, you’ll be assigned a CHECKito Buddy – someone who will help you quickly settle into your new daily work routine. Your CHECKito Buddy will be your first point of contact for professional topics as well as for any personal questions you may have about starting at CHECK24.
