Your Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of product management or technical project management experience in data-driven environments
- Hands-on exposure to machine learning projects, with a focus on recommender systems and generative AI/LLM applications
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle—from prototyping to production deployment—and familiarity with LLM techniques
- Agile & Stakeholder Management:
- Experience using agile or Scrum methodologies to manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative development
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and to coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to define clear KPIs, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product enhancements
- Language Skills:
- Business fluent in German & English (C1 Level)

- Experience with A/B testing or experimental design
Your Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and execute a roadmap for AI-driven products, emphasizing recommender systems and generative AI/LLM applications
- Establish clear success metrics and KPIs for each product initiative
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
- Project Management:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation through testing, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Coordinate resources, manage risks, and adjust plans based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Use Case Identification & Evaluation:
- Identify high-impact ML use cases, lead pilot projects, and drive their transition into production
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor model performance (e.g., for drift), optimize existing data pipelines, and implement improvements based on data insights
- Staying Current:
- Keep up with emerging trends in generative AI and LLM technologies, evaluating their potential to further enhance our product offerings
