Your profile

• Education: Above-average degree, ideally with an economic / technical-mathematical background (business administration, economics, global business management, business mathematics or similar)
• Professional experience: Professional experience in business development, consulting, partner and/or project management is an advantage
• Smart solution finding: Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick grasp and high quality standards to penetrate complex contexts and hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions
• Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical, structured and independent way of working to continuously improve our processes based on data and facts and generate recommendations for action
• Digital Mindset: High internet affinity, great interest in e-commerce, digital trends, tourism and mobility innovations
• Drive und Communication: Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic environment and to achieve measurable results quickly
• Tools: Confident handling MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken English, good knowledge of German an advantage

Your tasks include

• Work in a team: You will be actively involved in our partner management team from day one and work closely with product management, business intelligence, C-Level and national and international partners
• Take on responsibility: You will be responsible for a partner and country portfolio, further expand our partnerships and acquire new strategic partners for AurumCars 
• Improve product & expand partnerships: You actively monitor and analyze the competition as well as technological trends, conclude new contracts and negotiate exclusive offers for AurumCars
• Manage agile projects: You take over the prioritization and project management for the rapid implementation of your projects as well as the monitoring and analysis of the most important key performance indicators
• Realize Ideas: You always keep an eye on our competitors and develop your own innovative concepts and business ideas, for example to systematically improve the competitiveness of our offerings
• Measure and ensure quality: You create meaningful analyses & reports such as booking forecasts and margin calculations and carefully monitor your KPIs to derive recommendations for future activities and strategic measures
